His broad areas of interest includes engineering drawing, and industrial and production engineering. He has over forty years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and in guiding research scholars. Presently, he is professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. He received ‘Best Application Oriented Paper Award’ at AIMTDR Jadavpur University, in 1988. and PhD degrees from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. C M Agrawal obtained a BE degree from BIT Sindri, and MTech. He is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education and Institution of Engineers (India). He has published/presented over 35 research papers in various international / national journals and conferences. Dr Agrawal has over ten years of teaching experience, and his broad areas of interest include thermal engineering, heat transfer, solar energy and passive building design.
